Info
Triple Alpha Combat (TAC) is a reality-based self-defense. The team claims that their participants can defend themselves everywhere at any time and against any opponent. This goal is achieved through innovative and unconventional training design.
Since the self-defense techniques are based solely on instinctive behavior, they are stress-resistant. In the foreground though, are system efficiency and effectiveness. Aspects of violence prevention, assertiveness, and stress management are key but also training sessions in unusual places complete the modern training on offer.

Accurate content, duration and the seminar location are coordinated with the interested parties, so that individual needs can be met. More detailed information can be found under the item "Schukon".
Schukon
Since 2007, the TAC department has been organizing seminars on the topic of "management of violent conflicts" under the project name "Schukon" (protection concept). The offers are aimed at anyone who has a private or occupational need for protection, but - due to different circumstances - cannot participate in the regular self-defense offer. In terms of content, possibilities of prevention, strategies of assertion, techniques of defense and important principles of post-conflict rehabilitation for everyone - regardless of fitness level, age or gender - are taught. The trainings are carried out by instructors who have many years of martial arts experience and full-time police officers with leadership responsibility.
Since 2012, the TAC department has regularly trained employees of the city administration of Neuss on various violent topics. The most prominent participant so far was the Mayor of the City of Neuss, Mr. Reiner Breuer.
